SMC RECRUITMENT : Teachers recruitment will depend on decision of petition, High Court

In the matter of recruitment of  Teachers through SMC the Court Passed the order that the recruitment process will depend on the final decision of the petition.


 The recruitment process of SMC teachers will depend on the final decision of the petition filed before the High Court.High court passed the order during the initial hearing of the petition filed against teacher recruitment.


Significantly, there was no interim relief from the tribunal in this case. In the petition filed by the petitioners, it has alleged that the state government, which is going to recruit SMC teachers under the recently issued notification, is legally wrong.

Next hearing will be on 25th October 2018.
