Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written
Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 155 posts {Gen(UR)-69, Gen(BPL)-14,
Gen(WFF)-01, OBC(UR)-25, OBC(BPL)-05, SC(UR)-27, SC(BPL)05, SC(WFF)-01,
ST(UR)-07, ST(BPL)-01} of Language Teacher (on contract basis) Post Code: 730
held on 28th July, 2019 as per the award list and ratio approved (1:3/1:4) by the Hon’ble
Commission. The requisition to fill up these posts was received from the Director of Elementary
Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001 and advertised vide advertisement No.35-1/2019
dated 01.03.2019.
In response to this advertisement, 9331 applications were received out of which 8541
applications were provisionally admitted.
The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 28th July, 2019 in which
7337 candidates appeared and 1204 candidates remained absent. Out of total 7337
candidates appeared, the following 504 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for
further selection proces.
