Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited proposes to engage ITI pass c
andidates as Trade Apprentices, under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for one year
Apprenticeship Training in the following O&M project sites under the below Mentioned designated trades:
Stipend: - ₹ 7210/- per Month will be paid to the Apprentice Trainee. The
Apprentices will not be eligible for any type of allowances or benefits applicable to the employees of HPPCL.
2. Reservation: - Reservation of seats for SC/ST OBC, EWS and Persons with disabilities will be as per provisions of Apprentices Act, 1961 and amendments thereafter.
3. Preference to PAF/PAA: - 50% of the total seats are earmarked for candidates from Project affected Families and Project Affected areas of Sainj HEP, Sawra Kuddu HEP and Kashang HEP (Stage –I). However candidates will have to produce a certificate in this regard issued by competent authority /Revenue
department / Panchayat and duly verified by the concerned HPPCL officials.
4. Only Himachal Pradesh domicile candidates are eligible to apply.
5. No extension of training and employment will be given after the completion ofTraining under Apprentices Act, 1961.
6. Candidates will have to make their own stay arrangements.
7. Candidate should be eligible with respect to age criteria and educational qualification as on closing date of advertisement. Result awaited/Reappear candidates need not to apply.
8. Selection Process:- The eligible candidates will be shortlisted and selected on the basis of merit list made on the basis of marks obtained in Matriculation
examination (10th) and concerned ITI Course as per details given below:-

How to apply;
The candidates must have valid mobile number, E-Mail ID, and Aadhar Card before applying for apprenticeship. ITI pass candidates should register themselves on Apprenticeship portal at www.apprenticeship.gov.in and
apply through this portal.
The candidates has to take print out of registration/applied at portal and
send along with all self attested certificates in following chronological order:-
1. Copy of Matric Certificate
2. Copy of ITI all semester mark sheets and ITI pass Certificate.
3. HP domicile Certificate
4. Document certifying member of Project affected family
5. Document certifying member of Project affected area
6. Copy of Aadhar Card
7. Copy of PAN Card.
The above mentioned documents must reach the respective office of
concerned General Managers/DGM of particular Project Site as mentioned
below where candidate desires to apply for apprenticeship training, by Registered post/ by hand on or before 15.10.2019 till 5:00P.M. The
applications received after this date shall not be entertained.
