Code: 556, which were received from various departments of Himachal Pradesh and were
advertised vide advertisement No. 32-3/2016 dated 18
th October, 2016. Out of 1156 post 596
posts were filled up and 560 posts {General(UR)=170, General(BPL)=78, General(WFF)=14,
OBC(UR)=105, OBC(BPL)=31, OBC(WFF)=03, SC(UR)=111, SC(BPL)=09, SC(WFF)=07,
ST(UR)=28, ST(BPL)=03 & ST(WFF)=01} remained vacant due to non availability of suitable
candidates. Further out of 560 vacant posts 08 posts of General (UR) and 02 posts of SC(UR)
categories were kept vacant due to the Hon’ble HP Administrative Tribunal directions in OA
No. 2644/2019.

पंजाब कैबिनेट में फैसला : 16000 पदों पर बंपर भर्ती करेगी सरकार
Punjab government on Monday decided to ease recruitment rules to plug certain long-pending vacancies, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh ordered immediate steps to fill up a whopping 16500 vacancies in various departments.The vacancies to be filled up on priority include 5000 in the Police department, 5300 in Electricity department (PSPCL), 2500 teachers, 2500 paramedic and specialized staff, including doctors and specialists, in Health Department and 1300 in Revenue department. The Chief Minister has also asked the other departments to submit their lists of vacancies without delay so that the process of filling them up could also be initiated immediately.
While bringing more efficiencies into the concerned departments, the move will also generate additional employment in the state, which has witnessed the creation of significant job opportunities through a series of job melas and other initiatives in the past two years, said an official spokesperson after a meeting of the state cabinet, chaired by the chief minister.

Education Department, Chandigarh Administration invites online applications from eligible candidates to fill up 131 posts of Nursery Teachers (NTTs) on regular basis as per following details in thepay scale of Rs. 10300-34800+4200 Grade Pay (with initial start of
Rs.16,290/-) plus allowances sanctioned by Chandigarh Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POST OF NURSERY TEACHERS :
(i) Senior Secondary School Certificate (Class XII or its equivalent) from recognised
board with at least 50% marks
OR
Senior Secondary (Class XII or its equivalent) from recognized board with at least 45% marks in accordance with the NCTE Regulations, 2002 notified on
13.11.2002 AND;
(ii) Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood
Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed.) of duration of not less than two years, or B.Ed.(Nursery) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.
AGE
The age limit for the posts of Nursery Teacher is 18-37 years. Age is to be calculated as on 01-01-2019.
AGE RELAXATION
i) SC, OBC, Ex-Servicemen or any other category will be given age relaxation as per the rules/instructions issued by Govt. of India/Chandigarh Administration in
this regard. Under OBC category, candidates of those castes will be given benefits which are included in Union Territory, Chandigarh list.
MODE OF SELECTION AND SCHEME OF EXAMINATION :
i) One objective type test / (Multiple Choice Questions) of 150 Marks will be conducted. Merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in Objective Type Test / MCQ. Qualifying marks for test will be 40% for all candidates. No interview will be conducted.
Written test consisting of multiple choice questions will be conducted as under:-

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATIONS
1. Applications can be submitted only ‘ONLINE’ from 06.09.2019 (10.00 AM
onwards) to 30.09.2019 (upto 5.00 PM) on the website i.e.
http://recruit.nitttrchd.ac.in. However, last date to deposit the fee is - 04.10.2019
(upto 04:00 PM).
2. Application fee (non-refundable) amounting to Rs. 800/- (Rs. 400 in case of SC)
will be accepted through online mode / challan upto 04.10.2019 (upto 04:00 PM).
Persons with disability are exempted for payment of fee as per instructions
issued by Govt. of India. Detailed instructions for submission of online applications and deposits of fee are available on the website i.e. http://recruit.nitttrchd.ac.in.
3. After submission of online application, registration form will be generated.
Candidate has to take out two printouts of the registration form and the same has
to be brought on the date of verification of documents (if name exists in Merit list) along with original and photo copy of all documents. Print out of online application is NOT to be submitted either personally or through post.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
Selection to the post of Headmasters/Headmistress will be on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in written test and interview. A written test of 180 marks and interview of 20 marks will be conducted.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
(i) After the conduct of written test answer key will be uploaded on website as per
schedule for submission of objections by the candidates.
(ii) Result of written test indicating qualified/ not qualified will be uploaded.
(iii) In case two or more candidates are having same marks in written test then a candidate having higher marks in B.Ed will rank higher in the merit.
(iv) Candidates to be called for interview under each category will be 3 times the number of posts under each category.
(v) List of candidates to be called for interview will be prepared on the basis of marks in written test and will be uploaded on the website.
(vi) After the conduct of interview and checking of eligibility conditions, final select list will be uploaded. The select list will be prepared on the basis of total marks
obtained in written test and interview.
(vii) Marks obtained by the candidates in written test and interview will be uploaded
on the website after release of select list.
