DC inaugurates E.Epic digital voter card at Langroya school

Nawanshahr, January 25 Deputy Commissioner, Dr. shena Aggarwal, while presided over the district level function of launching E.EPIC -digital voters card at Government Senior Secondary School, administered oath to the staff and students regarding judicious use of their right to vote. Addressing the students, DC also made them aware about the imporance of "National Voters Day". The educational institutions could play a vital role to educate society about the importance of exercising their franchise, she added. A " Tele Film" was also showed to the students. Principal, Amarjit Lal, Election Tehsildar, Vivek Moyla, Satnam Singh, Coordinator SVEEP, among others were also present on the occasion.
