Applications from desirous candidates (who have not applied for the posts before, now may
apply on the prescribed Performa attached with the advertisement) are invited for filling up of the posts of Para Pump Operator,
Para fitter, and Multipurpose workers under JSV Division Dharamshala on the terms and conditions that they will be part time
worker for six working hours per day.
The application should reach in the office of undersigned on or before 15.2 2021. The
applications received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected without assigning any reasons. The department will no be
responsible for delay in receipt of application due to any reasons whatsoever.

Essential qualification: The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with certificate in trade in electrician/wireman diesel mechanic pump mechanic motor mechanical pump operator cum mechanic from a recognized ITl or Matriculation (101h) with certificate in above trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government Knowledge of custom, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable.
Para Fitter
Essential qualification: The candidate should have a minimum qualification of matriculation (10th) with ITi certificate in the trade of Fitter from recognized ITI o Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Goverment. Knowledge of custom, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable

Essential qualification The candidate should have a minimum qualification of middle pass and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the state Government Knowledge of custom, mariners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable
Selection criteria
Para Pump Operator & Para Fitter Percentage of marks obtained to be calculated out of 10 for example getting 50% marks in Matric will be given 2.5 : 5 marks
BPL family having annual income as prescribed from time to time :1 mark
Experience in the related field of IPHHPPWD/CPPWD/PSU) outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jul Shakti Vibhag (As per 2 Skiltest and physical test for engagement of Para Filter and Para Pump Operator : 2
Total- 10 marks
Multi Purpose worker Percentage of marks obtained to be calculated out of 10 forexample getting 50% marks in Matric will be given 2,5 [Two and hally) ; 6 marks
Weightage for the minimum educational qualification as per percentage of maris obtained in the educational qualification in Middle: 2 marks
Experience minimum of six months in Govt. Som Govt. organization or an outsourcing agency providing services in HP JalShakti Vibhag (half (1/2) mark every six months) Physical test : 2 marks Total- 10 marks
Applications received after deadline shall be summarily rejected.
The candidates are
advised to get the receipt of application from the concerned office. Based on the experience and qualification of candidates, initial
seniority shall be drawn on the basis of criteria notified above and minimum three times of the number of posts in respective
category, the eligible candidates from top of the seniority list shall be called for skill physical ability test telephonically after
preparation of initial seniority list. The date of skill physical ability test shall be notified to the eligible candidates telephonically after
preparation of initial seniority list.
