तथा इन पदों को भरने बारे काउसलिंग नीचे दर्शाई गई तिथियों के अनुसार होनी है। इस सन्दर्भ में पात्र अभ्याथियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि दर्शाई गई तिथि
को अनुसार राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला छोटा शिमला (स्थित कसुम्पटी), जिला शिमला के कार्यालय में प्राप्त 10.30 बजे उपस्थित हो कर अपनी काससलिंग
करवाएं, काउसलिंग का ब्यौरा निम्नप्रकार है-

उक्त काऊंसलिंग में वही अभ्यर्थी उपस्थित हो जिनका श्रेणी वाईज बैच/सत्र का
वर्ष उपरोक्त हो तथा उक्त कौउसलिंग में भर्ती एवं पदोन्नति नियम के अनुसार शैक्षणिक एवं व्यवसायिक प्रमाण पत्रों के अतिरिक्त अभ्यार्थी निम्न प्रमाण पत्र भी
साथ लाएं।
List of original documents alongwith Photostat attested copies/self attested copies required at the time of counseling. The required
document is as under:-
Belonging to notified Backward Area or Panchyat, as the case may be.
Land Less family/family having and less that 01 Hectare to be certified by the concerned Revenue Authority.
Non Employment Certificate to the effect that none of the family members is in government/semi Government.
Differently abled persons with more than 40% impairment/disability/infirmity.
NSS (Atleast one year) certificate holders in NCC/ The Bharat Scout and fuide Medal winner in National leavel sports
competitions.
BPL family having family annual income (from all sources) below Rs. 40,000/- or as prescribed by the Govt. from time to
time (BPL certificate must be countersigned by the B.D.O. cerncerned).
Widow/divpreed/destitute/single women.
Single daughter/orphan.
Training of at least 6 months duration related to the post applied for from a revognized Unifersity/Institution/School.
Experience upto a maximum of 5 years in Govt. Organization relating to the post applied for (0.5) marks only. For each
completed year)
The name of candidates should be sponsored through employment exchange.
Himachali Bonafied certificate and character certificate.
Category certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC/IRDP.
Certificate of EWS duly issued by the competent authority.
The candidate belonging to BPL family is required to produce
BPL certificate duly issued/countersingned by the B.D.O. concerned alongwith the certificate of Non SC/ST/OBC/ category issued by
the competent authority to get the benefit of EWS.
