कला अध्यापकों के बैचवाइज भर्ती के लिए काउंसलिंग 12 जुलाई को
कला अध्यापकों की बैचवाइज भर्ती के तहत सामान्य श्रेणी के भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रितों और को प्रारंभिक शिक्षा उपनिदेशक कार्यालय हमीरपुर में साक्षात्कार लिए जाएंगे। उपनिदेशक कार्यालय से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इन पदों के लिए जिला हमीरपुर के विभिन्न रोजगार कार्यालयों से प्राप्त उम्मीदवारों की सूची के अनुसार 19 अप्रैल को काउंसलिंग हो चुकी है। लेकिन कोरोना महामारी की दूसरी लहर के कारण अन्य जिलों के उम्मीदवारों की काउंसलिंग नहीं हो पाई थी। अब इन जिलों के उम्मीदवारों की काउंसिलिंग 12 जुलाई को सुबह 11 बजे आरंभ होगी।
सामान्य श्रेणी के
भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रितों के पद के.लिए वर्ष 2006 तक के बैच के
उम्मीदवार भाग ले सकते हैं, जबकि
अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के भूतपूर्व
सैनिकों के आश्रितों के पद की काउंसिलिंग में वर्ष 2010 तक के बैच
के उम्मीदवार भाग ले सकते हैं।

7. Quarantine Period. The porters will be quarantined for 10 days under the army arrangement. However, the quarantine period will not be included in the 90 days of employment period.
(c) Accommodation: Whleon duty, individual will be provided field type/tented accommodation, depending
upon availability of the same.
(d) Conveyance: Conveyance shall be provided as follows:-
(1) From place of recruitment to the place of duty and subsequent moves on duty.
) For move of urgent cases for medical treatment.
(ii) On completion of engagement, free conveyance from place of duty to place of recruitment
(e) Ration: Individual will be provided with free rations at the scale of combatant soldiers, when serving in
operationalfield/modified field areas
Leave: In addition to one day leave after six working days, individual will be entitled to three national
holidays. In view of Covid-19 pandemic, no outstation leave will be pemitted for the period of employment.
(g) Medical Facilities: Individual will be provided with free medical treatment to the extent feasible for self
only in Military and Civil Hospitals, for injuries, ailments/disease sustained by the individual while at work.
(h) Discipline: During the period of contract, the individual will be subject to Army Act and Army Rules.
If his performance and behaviour found unsatisfactory, his contract will be terminated and will be put in blacklist & individual would not be able to participate in Red Rally for next three years.

posts for its laboratory at Parwanoo.
A)
1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF-01): One Post with monthly emoluments of Rs. 15000/- (Fixed) +
EPF per month. Essential Qualification - First Class B.Tech/BE (Electronics) with Two three years'
experience in calibration /testing activity
2. Technical Officer (TO-1): One post with monthly emoluments of Rs 25,000/-fixed per month,

हिमाचल कैबिनेट मीटिंग के फैसले 22 जून ,
मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर की अध्यक्षता में आज यहां आयोजित राज्य मंत्रिमण्डल की बैठक में प्रदेश में कोविड-19 की स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में एक जुलाई, 2021 से वॉल्वो बसों सहित सभी अन्तरराज्यीय बसों को 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ शुरू करने और एक जुलाई से ई-पास को समाप्त करने का निर्णय लिया। सभी सरकारी कार्यालय एक जुलाई से शत-प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ कार्य करना आरम्भ करेंगे। बैठक में सभी दुकानों को प्रातः 9 बजे से सांय 8 बजे तक खोलने का निर्णय लिया गया जबकि रेस्टोरंट्स को रात्रि 10 बजे तक खुले रखने की अनुमति होगी।
इन्डोर सामाजिक समारोह में इन्डोर क्षमता का 50 प्रतिशत, अधिकतम 50 लोग, जबकि खुले में आयोजित होने वाले समारोह में
अधिकतम 100 लोगों को शामिल होने की अनुमति होगी।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने 12वीं कक्षा के थ्योरी अंकों की गणना करने के लिए 10वीं कक्षा के परीक्षा परिणाम को 10 प्रतिशत, ग्याहवीं कक्षा के परिणाम को
15 प्रतिशत और प्रथम व द्वितीय टर्म एवं प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को 55 प्रतिशत का महत्त्व (वेटेज) देने के साथ-साथ अंग्रेजी विषय के परिणाम को
5 प्रतिशत का महत्त्व देने और आंतरिक मूल्यांकन को 15 प्रतिशत महत्त्व देने के आधार पर फार्मूला अनुमोदित किया।
12वीं कक्षा के परीक्षा
परिणाम जुलाई, 2021 के तीसरे माह तक घोषित किए जाएंगे।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने गर्मियों में बंद होने वाले क्षेत्रों के विद्यालयों में 26 जून से 25 जुलाई तक एक माह का अवकाश प्रदान करने की अनुमति दी। कुल्लू
जिले में 23 जुलाई से 14 अगस्त, 2021 तक 23 दिनों का अवकाश होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त लाहौल-स्पीति में इस वर्ष एक जुलाई से 31 जुलाई
तक एक माह का अवकाश रहेगा। सर्दियों में अवकाश वाले विद्यालयों में अध्यापक एक जुलाई, 2021 से पाठशाला में आना आरम्भ करेंगे।
जबकि छात्रों के लिए आनलाइन कक्षाएं जारी रहेंगी।

मंत्रिमण्डल ने शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग को इस प्रकार से योजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए कि शिक्षण संस्थानों के अधिकांश शिक्षक व गैर-
शिक्षक कर्मचारियों का टीकाकरण इस माह के अंत तक हो सके।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने सोलन जिला के बद्दी में राज्य सतर्कता एवं भ्रष्टाचार निरोधी ब्यूरो का नया पुलिस थाना स्थापित करने तथा इसमें विभिन्न श्रेणियों
के 14 पद सृजित कर उन्हें भरने की मंजूरी प्रदान की।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने सोलन जिले के दून विधानसभा क्षेत्र के तहत बद्दी में जल शक्ति विभाग के नये मण्डल के अलावा साई में नया जल शक्ति अनुभाग
खोलने अनुमति प्रदान की।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने राज्यों के चिकित्सा एवं दंत महाविद्यालयों में स्नातकोत्तर छात्रों (एमडी, एमएस एवं डीएनबी), जूनियर रेजिडेंट, ट्यूटर स्पेशलिस्ट
और डीएम, एमसीएच छात्रों का स्टाइपेंड 5000 रुपये प्रतिमाह बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया।
मुख्यमंत्री की बजट घोषणा के अनुरूप शिक्षा विभाग के खिलाड़ियों का पोषाहार भत्ता दोगुना करने का निर्णय भी लिया गया। इस निर्णय के
अनुसार खण्ड स्तर पर पोषाहार भत्ता 50 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 100 रुपये, आंचलिक व जिला स्तर पर 60 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 120 और राज्य स्तर पर
75 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 150 रुपये प्रतिदिन प्रति छात्र किया गया है।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने जिला चम्बा में राजकीय माध्यमिक पाठशाला मनकोट, कुठेड़, केगा, घट्टा, सरोग को राजकीय उच्च पाठशाला और राजकीय उच्च
पाठशाला बन्जवार, सिंगाधार और ढाडू को राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशालाओं में स्तरोन्नत करने का निर्णय लिया। इन पाठशालाओं के
सुचारु संचालन के लिए विभिन्न श्रेणियों के आवश्यक पदों को सृजित कर भरने का निर्णय लिया।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने शिक्षा विभाग के अंशकालिक जलवाहकों के मानदेय को एक अप्रैल, 2021 से 300 रुपये प्रतिमाह बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया। इस
निर्णय से विभाग के लगभग 1252 अंशकालिक जलवाहक लाभान्वित होंगे।

के 1602 पद आउटसोर्स के आधार पर भरने को कार्योत्तर अनुमति देने के लिए सहमति प्रदान की। बैठक में कोविड महामारी की सम्भावित
तीसरी लहर के दृष्टिगत इन कर्मचारियों को 30 सितम्बर, 2021 तक सेवा विस्तार प्रदान करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
बैठक में गोविन्द सागर जलाशय की कार्य प्रणाली में बदलाव के लिए पट्टा/निविदा अवधि को कम से कम एक से चार वर्ष तक बढ़ाने का भी
निर्णय लिया।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने अभियोजन विभाग में सीधी भर्ती द्वारा अनुबन्ध आधार पर सहायक जिला न्यायवादी के 25 पद भरने को स्वीकृति प्रदान की।
बैठक में जिला किन्नौर के कल्पा में नये खोले गए उप-कारागार के लिए विभिन्न श्रेणियों के 30 पद सृजित कर भरने को स्वीकृति प्रदान की।

HP CABINET DECISION : 1700 से ज्यादा भर्तियां, करोना पास खत्म , पढ़ें
The State Cabinet in meeting held here today under the Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur reviewed the Covid-19 situation in the State. It was decided that inter-state buses including volvos would be started with 50 percent capacity in the State from 1 July, 2021 and the e-pass would be discontinued from 1st July. The government offices would start working with hundred per cent capacity from 1st July.
It has also been decided that all the shops would remain open from 9 AM to 8 PM while restaurants would be allowed to open
till 10 PM. Social gatherings/attendance etc. would be allowed up to 50 percent of the total indoor capacity with maximum 50
persons, whereas maximum 100 persons would be allowed in the outdoor gatherings.
The Cabinet approved the formula for calculation of 12th class theory marks on the basis of 10 per cent weightage to
10th class, 15 percent weightage to 17th class results and 55 percent weightage to 1st, 2nd terms and pre-board examinations
and 5 percent weightage to English subject results and 15 percent weightage to internal assessment.

12th would be declared by 3rd week of July, 2021.
The Cabinet also approved to grant one month vacation in schools from 26th June to 25th July in summer closing areas. Kullu
district will have vacation for 23 days from 23rd July to 14th August, 2021. Besides this, Lahaul-Spiti district will have one
month vacation from 1st July to 31st July. Teachers in the winter closing areas would start attending the schools from 1st July,
2021. However, online studies for students would continue.
The Cabinet also directed Education and Health Departments to plan in such a way that maximum number of teaching and
non-teaching staff of educational institutions is immunized by the end of this month.
The Cabinet approved to establish new Police Station of State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau at Baddi in district Solan
along with creation and filling up of 14 posts of various categories.
The Cabinet gave its approval to open new Division of Jal Shakti Department at Baddi under Doon Vidhan Sabha area of Solan
district besides new Jal Shakti Section at Sai.
It was decided to enhance the stipend of PG students (MD/MS and DNB), Junior Residents, Tutor specialists and DM/M.ch
students of the government medical colleges and dental colleges of the State by Rs. 5000 per month.
The decision was also taken to double the diet allowance of the sportspersons of the education department as per the budget
announcement of the Chief Minister.
As per the decision, the diet money at the block level has been enhanced from Rs. 50 to
Rs. 100, at the zonal and district level from Rs. 60 to Rs. 120 and at the State level from Rs. 75 to Rs. Rs.150 per day per
student.
The Cabinet gave its nod to upgrade Government Middle Schools, Mankot, Kuther, Kega, Ghatta, Sarog to Government High
Schools and Government High Schools, Banjwar, Singadhar and Dhadu to Government Senior Secondary Schools in Chamba
districts along-with creation and filling up requisite posts of different categories.
It also gave its consent to enhance the honorarium of part time water carriers of the Education department by Rs. 300 per
month from 1st April, 2021. The decision would benefit 1252 part time water carriers of the department।
The Cabinet also gave ex post facto approval to fill up 1602 posts of different categories in various health institutions of the
State up to 30th June, 2021 on outsource basis to tackle the second wave Covid-19 in the State and further it was decided to
gave extension to these employees up to 30th September, 2021 keeping in view the possibility of 3rd wave of the pandemic.
It also decided to extend the lease/tender period of modification in working of the Govind Sagar reservoir for a minimum
period from one to four years.
The Cabinet decided to fill up 25 posts of Assistant District Attorney in Prosecution department on contract basis through
direct recruitment.
The Cabinet gave its nod to create and fill up 30 posts of different categories in newly opened Sub Jail at Kalpa in Kinnaur
district.
