Applications are invited from the desirous and eligible candidate to be engaged as ASHA in NRHM, NUHM and Non-NUHM areas of the District Solan under National Health Mission, H.P. The selection will be made on the basis of direct interview at respective areas. ASHA will be a health activist in the community who will create awareness on health and its social de terminants and mobilize the community towards local health planning and increased utilization and accountability of existing health services. The candidates who fulfil the requisite qualification and age criteria may apply to the concerned area officer on or before 28.09.2022 up to 04:00 p.m. on the prescribed application form which is appende below.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:
1. The candidate must be a woman resident of the ward for which she has applied
2. She should be preferably Married/Widow/Divorced/Separated. 3. She must be in the age group between 25 to 45 years on or before 31.12.2022.
4. She should be literate with formal education of atleast 8th dass for Rural & atleast 10th class for urban areas (NUHM & Non-NUHM).
5. She should have effective communication skills with language fluency of the area/population she is expected to cover and have good leadership qualities & be able to reach out to the community.
6. She should have family & social support to enable her to find the time to carry out her tasks. 7. The candidate may apply neatly hand Written/Typed strictly as per the Application Format. 8. The candidate should collect the application format from the concerned CMO/BMO office.
