WANTED ACCOUNTANTS AND CLERKS FOR ARMY EX-SERVICEMEN CSD CANTEENS UNDER GOLDEN LION CANTEENS ORGANISATION (GLCO) HQ PH & HP (1) SUB AREA
1. Application are invited from retired JCOS/OR/Clerks of Army for the post of Accountants & Clerks as under:
(a) Accountants (ESM JCO Clerks only). Having working knowledge of Accounts & Computers for appointment as Accountant in ESM CSD Canteens under HQ PH & HP (1) Sub Area.
(b) Clerks (ESM JCOS/NCO Clerks). Having working knowledge of operating computers & office procedure for appointment as Clerks in ESM Canteen under HQ PH & HP (1) Sub Area. applicants having computer course certificate from a recognised est (incl Army) will be given preference.
2. The appointment will be vacancy based. The appointment will be for a period of 11 months on contractual basis. GLCO is a private venture and its employment is a private employment.
3. Age Limit. Only those can apply who are born after 01 Nov 1967.
4. Education Qualification. Minimum 10+2 (or equivalent from Army)
5. Medical. Applicants should be physically fit. Medical will be done from ECHS at the time of appointment. Character as per discharge book should be EXEMPLARY.
6. Apply to Canteen Cell, HQ PH & HP (1) Sub Area, Ambala Cantt by 12 Nov 2022 (by 1400 hrs) with Bio-Data, passport size photograph, complete photocopy of discharge book, PAN Card, Aadhar Card and photocopy of AWPN Registration (format of bio-data will be collected from Canteen Cell of HQ PH & HP (1) Sub Area).

7. Applicants should not be beneficiary of any DGR Scheme at the time of appointment.
8. Test & Interview. Written test will be conducted at HQ PH & HP (1) Sub Area, Ambala Cantt at 0930 hrs on 16 Nov 2022 & 18 Nov 2022 for Accountants and Clerks respectively. Successful candidates will be called fro interview on a later date No TA/DA applicable. Candidates will be in possession of ESM I/Card issued by ZSB.
9. Management reserves the right to cancel/supersede the Select Panel and delete the name of candidate from Select Panel, in case unwilling to join offered ESM CSD Canteen.
