GNM 2ND ROUND COUNSELLING:New Schedule Notice for 2nd round of GNM Training Counselling 2022-23

In continuation to this Directorate Notice dated 21.11.2022 vide which the 2nd round of counseling for admission to unfilled vacant seats scheduled on 22.11.2022 was postponed due to administrative reasons, has now been fixed on 28.11.2022 in the Auditorium Hall, IGMC, Shimla.

It may noted that only those candidates will be considered for allotment of seats in Government GNM Schools who have already appeared in 1st round of counselling held on w.e.f. 17.10.2022 to 20.10.2022.

 The criteria for selection to the above said course is purely on the merit of candidate in the 10+2 (qualifying examination). The first preference shall be given to candidates of 10+2 (Medical Stream) and in the eventuality of non availability of eligible candidates of medical stream, the second preference shall be given to the candidates of 10+2 (Non-Medical Stream) and lastly to the 10+2 (Arts and commerce stream) in order of merit.
