प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा विभाग, उप-निदेशक, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मण्डी, जिला मण्डी, हि. प्र. के कार्यालय में अनुबन्ध के आधार पर जे.बी.टी. (कनिष्ठ बुनियादी अध्यापक भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रितों के 28 पदों को बैच आधार पर भरने हेतु काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया दिनांक 15 और 16 अक्तूबर, 2024 करे निर्धारित की गई है। जिला मण्डी से संबंधित पात्र अभ्यर्थियों को काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने हेतु 15 अक्तूचर 2024 का दिन जबकि अन्य सभी जिलों के पात्र अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 16 अक्तूबर, 2024 का दिन निर्धारित किया गया है। इस काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया में वही अभ्यर्थी भाग ले सकते हैं जो जे.पी.टी. के भर्ती एवं पदोन्नति नियम, 2017 के तात तथा राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद की समय-समय पर जारी अधिसूचनाओं के अनुसार निर्धारित योग्यता पूर्ण करता हो, जिनका विवरण निम्न प्रकार से है।
10-2 with 50% marks or Senior Secondary with 50% marks from a recognized Board of School Education and 2 years Junior Basic (JBT) Teacher's Course/Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.) from an institute affiliated to H.P. Board of School Education (HPBOSE). OR
Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least whatever name known)
50% marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D. EL Ed.) (by OR
Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JIT)/ Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.) (by whatever
name know), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulation, 2002 OR
Sr. Secondary (ur its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. EL. Ed.)
OR
Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years diploma in Education (Special Education).
Graduation & 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JHT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.) (by whatever name known)
OR
OR Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B. Ed.-M. Ed.
AND
Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the authority designated by the H.P. State Government provided that the candidates who are already qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by HP Subordinate Service Selection Commission or HP Board of School Education
Dharamshala shall also be eligible subject to the condition as luid down in Para-Il of the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education. vide Notification Number 76-4/2010/NCTE/Acad, dated 11.02.2011.
Note: (1) A candidate shall be eligible for appointment to Class-III/ Group-C post(s), if he/she has passed matriculation and 10-2 from any
school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh provided that this condition shall not apply to the Bona fide Himachalia. Note: (2) Relaxation up to 5% will be allowed in minimum educational qualifications and also in minimum qualifying marks for TET to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and PH categories of H.P.
Note: (3) Candidate must fulfil all the requisite qualification on the date of publication of advertisement for the recruitment of these posts. Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions
prevailing in the Pradesh.
Pay Scales-The Junior Basic Trained Teacher appointed on contract bass will be paid consolidated fixed contractual amount Rs. 17820/- P.M. (which
shall be equal to 60% of the Level 8 Cell 1 Rs. 29700/-)、 Age Criteria: Between 18 to 45 years.
In case of Direct recruitment through batch wise basis, candidates who have crossed the upper age limit of 45 years shall also be considered for appointment in case they have registered their names before attaining the age of 45 years in employment exchange beyond one year.
Any other information: (1) For batchwise recruitment, the batch will be reckoned from the date of issuance of JBT/ D. El. Ed. pass certificate. The
batch-wise merit/inter-se-seniority of a particular hatch shall be determined on the basis of marks obtained in the diploma/course of Junior Basic Teacher
(by whatever name known). In case, the marks obtained in diploma/course by two or more candidates are same, the inter-se-seniority would be decided on the basis of marks obtained in 10-2 level and if there is still a tie, the candidate senior in age would be placed above the junior in the merit/inter-se- seniority,
(11) Those, who are not willing to serve in the schools in interior and tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh, need not come for counseling. (iii ) The candidates will have to bring with them only the relevant degree/ diploma in original with self-attested copies thereof for the post and also
latest certificates regarding their claim for consideration under any of the reserved categories in HP.
अतः जो भी पात्र अभ्यर्थी उक्त काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना चाहता है वह निधर्धारित दिनांक 15 और 16 अक्तूबर, 2024 को सुबह 11 बजे उप-निदेशक प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा के कार्यालय मगही में आकर आवेदन कर सकता है। माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा दिये गये दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार अन्य जिलों के प्रथर्थी, जिनका नाम संबंधित रोजगार कार्यालय में दर्ज है, वह भी उक्त चयन प्रक्रिया में भाग ले सकते है। अभ्यर्थी
अपने एक पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो, आधश्यक दस्तावेजों (नवीनतम चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र, हिमाचली बोनाफाइड श्रेणी प्रमाणपत्र और रोजगार कार्ड और शैक्षणिक व व्यावसायिक योग्यता से संबंधित
